Refund Policy
1. Membership Fees
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated.
Members may cancel their membership according to the membership terms, but previously paid fees will not be refunded unless required by law.
2. Court Reservations
Court reservations may be canceled within the club’s cancellation window.
If a reservation is canceled within the permitted time frame, the booking credit or payment will be returned to the member’s account.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the reservation credit or booking fee.
3. Packages and Credits
Packages, court credits, and session bundles are non-refundable once purchased.
However, unused credits may remain valid until their expiration date as specified at the time of purchase.
Urban Tennis may review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
4. Programs, Lessons, and Events
Refund eligibility for programs, lessons, or events depends on the cancellation timing.
If a cancellation is made before the program start date, a refund or account credit may be issued at the discretion of Urban Tennis.
Once a program or session has started, refunds are generally not available.
5. Facility Closures or Cancellations
If Urban Tennis cancels a court reservation, program, or event due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or facility issues, affected members may receive:

a full refund, or

an equivalent credit to their account.
6. Payment Processing
Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Policy Updates
Urban Tennis reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
The most current version will always be posted on our website.
