Minimum Enrollment
Classes require minimum registration to run. Urban Tennis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule under-enrolled programs.

Adult Self-Rating
Please register according to our Adult Pathway Guide. If needed, we may recommend a more suitable level.

Refunds
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date. Less than 7 days’ notice: refund minus one session. No refunds after the first session.

Missed Classes
Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved.

 

Class Cancellations
If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to reschedule or issue credit where applicable.

Photography & Video
By registering, participants consent to photos or videos being used for Urban Tennis website, social media, and promotional purposes. Please contact us in advance to opt out.

Waitlist
If a class is full, please contact us to join the waitlist.
